Minot Plumbing & Heating guarantees that during the entire first year that you own your new heating or cooling system, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, or even our people, and if we cannot otherwise resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will remove the system within 30 days of your request and cheerfully refund the entire amount of your investment.
Minot Plumbing & Heating guarantees that your new heating system will heat your home to 72 degrees Fahrenheit when the outside temperature is -20 degrees Fahrenheit. During the 12 months following the date of your installation we will upgrade your heating system at our expense to the next larger size if it is unable to meet this performance standard and we cannot otherwise correct the situation.
Minot Plumbing & Heating guarantees that we will leave the work area as clean as it was before we started, or we will take $100.00 off the purchase price of your new system.
Minot Plumbing & Heating guarantees that if we don't complete your new installation within the days we agreed upon, we will take $100.00 off the purchase price.
Minot Plumbing & Heating guarantees that if you have a problem during the parts warranty period, we will have cooling or heating in your home within 24 hours or we will pay for you to spend the night in a hotel (temporary cooling or heating may apply).
